Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in lending, credit management, and regulated financial services. He holds an MBA in Finance and has previously served as Credit Manager at AU Small Finance Bank and Cluster Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, where he was responsible for credit appraisal, portfolio oversight, and regional performance management.

As Managing Director of Finasia Capital, Mr. Sharma provides leadership with a strong focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and prudent risk management, in line with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines applicable to Non-Banking Financial Companies. He emphasizes transparent operations, accurate and timely disclosures, and clearly defined management responsibilities across the organization.
